Do you have an inspection coming up but you’re worried about the outcome? Our team of auditors can do a practice audit for you prior to the actual inspection. Inspections of fostering services will occur at least once every three years. An inspection could lead to further monitoring if they find anything untoward, but you can prevent this!
Like all services that work with children and young people, a fostering organisation must always be prepared for an inspection. Our team can give you a provisional outcome of an imminent inspection to provide you with the confidence to know that you’ll pass it. Ofsted, the Care Inspectorate Scotland, the Care and Social Services Inspectorate (Wales) and the Social Care and Training Inspectorate (Northern Ireland) reserve the right to enter the building by means of a survey inspection to further research they are conducting. This, like any other inspection, means that inspectors will act upon any aspect they find that is not in accordance with their standards.
Our team of auditors have a reputation for inspecting organisations at a statutory level across the UK. They can guide you as to what can be improved or what is already at an excellent standard before the true inspection. As with all our services, this process is supported by our dedicated and experienced team of consultants so you can get a bespoke training package that you are perfectly happy with.
